ADVICE
Fellow Texans,
I want to hear from you. I want your input on policies and bills that you would like to see proposed and passed. My goal is to represent the people of Texas with conviction and unwavering commitment. I am a loyal supporter of President Trump. I do have a record to support that. I supported President Trump and voted for him three times. I respect a man who leads with conviction and commitment. I will help work alongside President Trump to advance the America First Agenda and help Make America Great Again.
Texans care about Life, Liberty, and Happiness and therefore no surprise that Texans also care about:
Border Security (Illegal Immigration)
Education (School Choice)
Economy (Job Growth and Workforce Development)
HealthCare (Cost and accessibility)
Environment (Extreme Weather Events)
Common Sense Policies are practical policies that do not require a degree in rocket science to figure out. We need to protect our borders at all times with armed border Patrol agents and a beautiful wall to prevent illegal crossings. We need to prioritize funding for border security and personnel to keep our borders safe. We all have homes with walls, windows, and doors and some type of security system to protect our loves ones who live in it and to keep bad actors out of our homes. I might also add that most Texans enjoy their 2nd Amendment rights to bear arms and would defend their homes if needed. It is that simple. If we can do it for our homes, so why not do it for our nation’s border.
Education is a very important tool for our personal and professional development. My common sense policy for education comes down to whoever is paying for the education is in charge of what type of education they wish to receive. I believe Education is best managed at the state level and not by the Federal government. The Federal Government can offer incentives and tax breaks for individuals, parents, and families who are pursuing private education, specialized education, trades school, community college, University, etc. to better themselves. The federal government can also offer incentives and tax breaks for employers who offer employees tuition reimbursement and career advancement opportunities when they pursue a degree in a field that would be mutually beneficial to them and their employer.
I believe in the value of hard work and self-governance. I do not believe in a welfare system that is cheating hard working tax payers to subsidize the living expenses of able bodied adults who are exploiting potential loopholes in the system. Putting people to work is dignifying and the right thing to do. Incentivizing people to depend on a welfare system that is supported by fellow tax payers is robbery and should stop. The pursuit of happiness is a burden that each individual must bear for themselves. It is blatantly wrong and immoral to depend on the forced/ involuntary benevolence of the tax payer, imposed by the government to sustain able bodies adults who refuse to work.
I will reduce and eliminate burdensome and unnecessary regulations that create obstacles for businesses to be established or operate. In so doing, more companies will be in a better position to grow and we will see a significant increase in job growth as more companies will be hiring to fill in for positions.
Instead of paying for unemployment, the federal government will partner with local and state governments to assist with temporary employment placement opportunities. I call this a Place-Holder Program instead of paying for unemployment to keep people working. It will be a job that someone who has been fired or laid off is temporarily offered to remain gainfully employed until they can find another job that suits their needs or meets their expectations
My policies will limit peoples’ dependency on the government or other tax payers to subsidize their living expenses. I believe that a working population elevates morale, strengthens our economy, and reduces crime as idleness is also minimized.
I will propose policies that require that every employer offer some form of Health insurance for their employees. Tax breaks and incentives will be offered to employers and businesses who offer some form of health insurance coverage for their part-time and full-time employees.
My policies will be centered around uplifting the families, communities, and businesses of the Citizens of Texas. I will be propose policies that will reward work ethic and incentivize personal responsibility and development. I will propose tax credits for Texans who have jobs, stay employed for a long period of time, improve their income, are attending a trades school or university, taking care of a family member while also holding some type of job.
I will propose tax credits and incentives for employers who offer a work-life balance framework for their employees. Employers whose business model can accommodate flexible work schedules to facilitate more family time/accommodate family situations, ease commute time and related expenses, offer health Care for part-time and full-time employees will receive a tax credit. Employers capable of offering flexible working options such as remote work, hybrid work, offsite work, and flexible work schedules such as 4days-10hrs, 3days-12hrs, Weekend only shifts, Split office/remote work days. etc., will receive incentives to help working families.
I will present bills that will offer direct aid for Texas families who have been impacted by extreme weather events. Funding options for temporary shelter, food, and other basic necessities should be prioritized for Texas families who have suffered an extreme weather event.
